When we add screenshots or comments (attachments) to a test case within a Test Run, those attachments are not visible when opening the test case from the Test Cases section directly.
However, if you open the test case through the Test Run itself, the attachments are visible.
Any help or clarification on whether this is expected behavior or a known issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for question - what you are seeing is expected behavior:
- Attachments and comments added while executing a test in a Test Run are stored on the test execution, not on the test case itself.
- Because of that, they are visible when you open the test case through the Test Run, but not when you open the test case directly from the Test Cases section.
- If you want files to be visible on the test case itself, add them in the test case’s own Attachments tab instead of during execution.
So in short: execution attachments/comments belong to the run result, while test case attachments belong to the reusable test case definition.
