I have an automation suite that I’ve added to both the ‘Automation’ section and as a folder in ‘Test Cases’. When I run these via the pipeline, I can track success/fail statuses and failed screenshots over Automation tab. Is it possible to automatically update the ‘Last Results’ column in the Test Cases section from ‘Not Run’ to ‘Passed’ or ‘Completed’ based on these pipeline runs?

I’m curious how you added your automation suite to the Test Cases section?
The Test Cases section is intended for manual test cases.
The Automation section for automated test results and, in future, for automated test cases.
And I think you want to link automated results to manual test cases or at least show the latest results for automated tests.
Unfortunately, both these functionalities are not available, yet. There’s a feature request here and I can spoiler that we are actively working on that feature.
