My role is Owner. Why can’t I configure mail server? There is no place for email configuration under Organization. Could you please help me? Thanks!

I’m actually not sure, what you’re trying to do. There is no mail server configuration in the Testiny settings, neither for Testiny Cloud nor on Testiny Server.
On Testiny Server, the mail server settings need to be done in the server config, you can only send a test mail from the organization settings, see here:
