How to import as a text template via csv file

I want to import csv file as a text template. By the way, it is only being imported as a step template, how can I set it?

Additional question) Is there no TEXT <> STEP template conversion function for already registered cases?

You can try to change the Steps are delimited by option in the Advanced Settings to Off:

No, there is not.
Do you want to convert from Steps to Text? If so, you can select all text in the steps by pressing Ctrl+A 3 times when editing the step. Then copy the text in the text field in the Text template.
