New plans and pricing updates

Hey Testiny community :waving_hand:

We’ve grown our tool a lot since we started a few years back — smarter integrations, smoother test runs, and plenty of quality-of-life wins.
To match where the product is today, we’re now updating our plans:

  • Starter - a simple entry plan

  • Business (new) - for growing teams that rely on the advanced capabilities.

  • Enterprise - will be available for self-managed purchase and billing.

Features previously marked as “available in a future billing plan“ will finally move into their respective tiers (Business or Enterprise).
If you are in the Advanced plan at the moment and use one of those features, you can upgrade to keep the features or be migrated to Starter at the end of the transition window.
There will also be a modest price increase(our first since 2022), reflecting the value we’ve
added.

The yearly subscription discount remains the same - two months free - and volume discounts will also stay. Pricing for viewer seats will become simpler: The price for a viewer will be 20% of the user price - so five viewers will cost the same as one full user seat.

Timeline and next steps at a glance

  • The new updated pricing will go live on our website and the new plans will become available in the app in the coming weeks.

  • Your current plan stays as-is for now. You’ll have about 2–3 months to decide what works best before we migrate existing accounts.

  • If you’re new to Testiny and make a purchase before the new plans are available, you’ll stay in the old plan until we perform the migration mentioned before.

  • We’ll confirm the exact migration date here on this channel shortly - but one thing is certain: it will be no earlier than February 2026.
