Just to get that right, let me rephrase your request:
Basically, drilled down to the minimal approach, on the last step of a test case you have a larger list of expected results that you would like to have a specific “expected result” text field for?
This sounds very similar to the following feature request that would allow you to customize the test case template:

Hello Alex! Almost got it indeed, but I could clarify it a bit further. What I mean is a list of granular steps with their functional result, just like on the "Steps" template but then in addition to that there'd also be the expected results field from "Text" template as those steps with their specific expected behaviour often are a part of one grand expected result. And yes I'd say that fully customizable templates would definitely solve what we'd like to achieve. BR, Vesa M.
– Vesa_MakisaloOK, I think I got it. You can almost do that right now, too, with a custom field of type "Multi-Line Text" that you can call "Final Result". The only downside is that this field will be on top of the steps, not at the bottom. BR, Alex
