We kindly request your assistance in exporting the test cases from the web-based trial version. Due to current permission restrictions, we are unable to perform this export independently. Our objective is to import these test cases into our on-premises licensed version.

If you want to migrate from Testiny Cloud to Testiny Server, there’s a process described in the Testiny docs:
Exporting and importing via CSV will lose information, e.g. images, links etc., so transferring your cloud organization as a whole may be beneficial.
