Testiny Server: How to setup Mail Server?

I am using Testiny Server. In the ‘Organization‘ page, I see the below message ‘Mail server is not configured‘. How do I set this up?

You can configure your SMTP mail server with the environment variables SMTP_HOST, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_USER, SMTP_PASSWORD, … .
