Unable to Create Redmine Issue – Empty Dropdown and No Response on Submit

I’m trying to create an issue in Redmine using the Redmine integration.

The connection test in the Redmine integration configuration was successful.

When I try to create an issue from a test run, the modal to create an issue opens as expected.
In the first dropdown, I can see my Redmine project. However, the second dropdown doesn’t show any values.

When I click on “Create”, nothing happens in the UI, and no logs are generated.

The second dropdown lets you choose the issue type/category (that is a “Tracker” in Redmine).

Do you have any Trackers available in your Redmine instance? They can be configured/seen in Administration → Trackers.

If not, you’ll need to configure at least one Tracker. (A Tracker defines the type or category of an issue e.g. task, bug, feature request, etc.).

Of course, the UI in Testiny shouldn’t allow you to click on create without a selected Tracker/issue type. We will fix that on our side :slight_smile:

Hi Hanna, yes i have a Tracker, Roles and Workflows but i created them after i created the intergration. I try to remove the integration and create a new one. Thank for clarify what schould visible in the second dropdown
