an additional test result option “Passed with Limitations” (“Erfolgreich mit Einschränkungen”) would be helpfull for results which are acceptable with some restrictions and/or comments.

We have “custom result states” on our roadmap already, which would cover your use case.

This feature request is already open here: Custom Result States - Add More Options for Results , so I’ll close this topic in favour of the other one.
