I couldn’t get a screencap of this behavior because I accidentally reloaded the browser tab that fixed the issue, but I collapsed the summary when working on a test run and when I was done with all the test cases the progress bar still showed up blank and when I expanded the summary section the pie chart was showing all test cases as not run and no bugs were displayed either.
After I hit F5 the summary was showing the correct info.
I just tried to reproduce that behavior, but could not. For me, the summary updates whether collapsed or shown.
In my opinion, it’s more likely that this was a connection issue. For the chart to update on changes, you need a working (websocket) connection to the Testiny servers.
The connection can break if e.g. the computer or browser tab got suspended. (We usually try to re-connect, but maybe that did not work out.)
Did you happen to see a yellow warning popup about connection problems before experiencing this problem?
The websocket connection will re-establish whenever you reload the page.
