When I create a new Jira defect the description shows who executed the test case as the creator and the link to the test run where the test case failed.
Is there a way to personalize that? The description of our defects usually include other stuff like the device we’re running the test on, actual and expected behaviors, etc.
That’s currently not possible, but would definitely makes sense!

You can edit the title/summary of the Jira issue as well as the description when creating a defect out of Testiny.
Additionally, you can also check the options to add the text of the test steps and/or the result comments to the issue description:

Hi Hanna thanks for the reply! What I meant was if I can change that default text in the description box that shows who created the defect and the link to something else, so whenever I create a new defect I get my custom description instead.
