during initial import of test-cases from TR we discovered that nested lists are not imported into Testiny:

Unfortunately, at this time Testiny does not support nested lists imported from TestRail. This is currently a limitation of the Testiny editor not allowing nested lists.
Nested lists are on our feature wish list, but frankly not part of the top-priority items. This can certainly change if this feature is requested a lot.
So if anyone reads this and also needs this feature, please leave an upvote or even a comment/post what your requirements are. Thank you!

unfortunately i can not upvote the original request, but this would be a great feature to have, as it uncommon for markdown editors to not allow nested lists. As a QE, it would also allow me to structure my findings or notes to developers a lot better
Edit: The same goes for numbered lists
