Forum Bug - Avatar Image seems to be pulling wrong data

Just logged on to the forums for the first time today, and noticed that the Avatar picture looked weird:
image

When I inspected the page, I noticed that the IMG object has an alt="profile, messages, bookmarks and preferences" string rather than some stock image or something - not sure if this is an intentional placeholder or something.

The full IMG object for the Avatar is as follows in my browser:

<img alt="profile, messages, bookmarks and preferences" width="48" height="48" src="/forum/letter_avatar_proxy/v4/letter/d/bc79bd/48.png" title="David_Eisenberg" aria-label="David_Eisenberg" loading="lazy" tabindex="-1" class="avatar" aria-expanded="false">

Thanks for such a great product! My team and company are in love!

Hi David,

Thanks for the report! Not sure what the problem is, seems to me like the avatar picture has not loaded (yet).
We are using Discourse for our forum, so we cannot fix anything on our own, but be assured that we update the forum instance regularly and deploy fixes that the Discourse team develops.
