Is there currently a way to add a single generic comment to an entire test run instead of entering individual comments for each case?
Often, many test results are repetitive or affected by the same issue. If this feature doesn’t exist yet, could it be considered for the roadmap? It would significantly save time for high-volume test sets.

There are currently no comments available on the test run - I’ll mark this post as a feature request so that others can vote for it 
In the meantime, there’s a description field for the test run - you can add/edit the description when editing the test run:
Maybe that works as a workaround for you for now
