Is it possible to update an existing test run, including all its test cases, using the testiny_cli.exe automation command?
I’ve reviewed the documentation but couldn’t find a clear way to do this.

Yes, the Testiny CLI provides name and update options for the testrun action, which can be used to specify the test run to update with results from e.g. a CSV file.
