Could you just elaborate a bit more on you use case please? E.g.
- do you import test cases from a different tool?
- do you also import test results to a test run (or just test cases)?
- are the issues all from the same Jira project?
- your workflow if possible
The TestRail API importer already has a similar feature where you select the Jira integration in Testiny and then the importer tries to match “references” to Jira issues in the specified Jira project.
