I’d like to know if it is possible to configure test runs—at the project, plan, or test runs level—so that providing “comments” become mandatory whenever the result is marked as Failed or Blocked. This requirement would not apply to the Skipped status.

Mandatory result comments are currently not available, neither in general nor for a specific results status. I move this topic to the feature requests, so others can also vote for it.

We would also find this useful, though not necessarily for the same set of statuses. We would most likely end up requiring a comment to exist before transitioning to any status (other than Not Run).
