You shoud see more information on the error when you click on “Details”, but it seems the API key that your organization is using for the Jira Integration does not have permissions to create issues in that Jira project - so please make sure that your API key (still) has sufficient permissions.

Just to get some more info on this:
The error returned from Jira seems to be You cannot create issues in this project., but the status code is 404 (= not found), which is weird (should be 403).
This looks like a permission problem in Jira, so if you fix the permissions, we would be grateful if you could tell us, what fixed the problem. Then we can improve the error message returned for that error in Testiny.
