Out of the sudden I stop being able to search Jira Tickets when Linking as a requirement

When I have a Test Case list and started linking the Jira ticket as a requirement, out of the sudden the same ticket I added in a previous ticket, does not show up in the search anymore.
Also it would be awesome to batch link Jira tickets as a requirements.

Hi and welcome to the Testiny forum!

We are not aware of any issue with linking Jira issues as requirements. Maybe it’s some Jira hiccup - can you still reproduce the problem?

If you already linked a specific issue to a test cases, this issue will no longer be shown in the list of Jira issues - but only for that very test case (to not add the same issue as requirement twice), you can still link the same issue as requirement to other test cases.

Noted, we already do have a feature request for this, you might want to vote for that topic?

Best regards,
Alex

This is an option. It happened more than once. If I have a list of TCs and linking one by one the Jira ticket, at some point it stops to search that particular ticket. But than if I stop and work on it later again, it magically work again. The batched linking probably would solve this issue.
I voted on the mentioned task, hoping that can bem reached in a near future.
Thanks

Thanks for the explanation!

If it happens again, can you please see if there is an error shown in the app or logged to the browser console? You can open the console using the F12 key.
Maybe that can help us in finding the root cause of the issue

Alex
