Please provide a more generic way to link a test case / test run to Jira

Thanks for the suggestion - it does make sense

This also fits to the requests to allow linking requirements to test runs and show all requirements linked to a test run and its test cases:

Hey! Currently I can link a “Defect” to a test run using the Jira integration. Although there is not any restriction on the Testiny GUI that prevents me to choose any other Jira ticket type, it I can only “Link Defect” on the gui so this might be confusing.
