Questions About Enterprise Demo Data and Jira Defect Tracking

We are currently using the demo of the Enterprise version. If we decide tomorrow that we want to purchase the Enterprise version, what will happen to all the work we have done during the demo period? Will it be lost?

Secondly, how do your customers who use Jira handle defect creation? What is the best way to manage defect tracking using Testiny as well?

If you use the Trial Enterprise plan in Testiny and then purchase a Testiny plan, e.g. Enterprise, you can just continue working with your Testiny organization - you do not lose any data, your organization will stay as is.

The same is true if you do not purchase a plan within the trial period: your data will remain, but as soon as the trial ends, you will be moved into the Free plan and lose a lot of features and be limited to 3 users.

Regarding Jira, defect creation can be done directly within Testiny, but you can also create issues in Jira and then link to them from Testiny. It’s basically your choice, whatever workflow you prefer.
