Search by content of test case

Hi, team

I want to search for keywords inside of test cases content in fields: precondition, steps, expected result. Additional also search inside of comment field inside of test run.

Is there a way to get results?

Hi and welcome to the Testiny forum!

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available (yet) in the Testiny UI.
There’s already a feature request for such functionality and a current workaround, too, see this post:

There is a hidden search feature that you could use as a workaround: Open the dev console in the browser tab that you’re logged in to Testiny with (F12) type await testiny.search("my search term") This basically performs such a full text search already and shows tables of results (there’s just no nice UI for it, yet).
