When creating a new test case, I included a requirement link (to Jira). However, I’m having trouble finding these links on the test case when in “test run mode.” Is it possible that they are missing, or am I overlooking something?

You are right, requirements are not visible from the “test run mode”, you can only navigate to the test case to see them for now using the link in the header:
However, there’s no specific reason why the requirements should not be there, so we gonna add the “Requirements” tab to the test case also in the test run view with one of our next updates.

Just as a follow-up: We now show requirements linked to test cases in test run view (v1.10.0).
