While defects can be transferred between the systems, key evidence collected during test execution—including screenshots, attachments, and detailed step-level results—does not synchronise to JIRA. As a result, testers are required to manually recreate and maintain the defect record in JIRA, duplicating information already captured in Testiny. This not only introduces additional administrative overhead and reduces efficiency, but also increases the risk of inconsistencies between the Testiny test execution record and the corresponding JIRA defect. For large projects with high defect volumes, this duplication of effort becomes a substantial operational burden and undermines the value of using Testiny as a part of their defect management process.

Unfortunately, as explained “Create defect” in integrated issue tracker (Jira, Redmine, …): Include attachments, this feature is not easy to implement.
That said, if this is upvoted a lot by the Testiny community, we will certainly give it a shot
