We have two testiny profiles and we need to import the projects from one profile to another. How can we do that? There is the import option from other tools but not in testiny itself.

Can you explain what you mean by “two Testiny profiles”, please?
If you mean projects, then there’s the option to move (or copy) test cases:
If you mean organizations, then there is no way to move or copy test cases between organizations. Two Testiny organizations are completely independent and share no data.
Even if you have access to two organizations with your Testiny account/user, the user profiles in each organization are independent.
The only way to copy test case data from one organization to the other is to export them to CSV and import them again. However, you will only import the plain data, so you will lose all images, attachments, comments, links to requirements/issues/test runs/, …
If you need to implement different teams with access to different test cases, use projects within 1 organization and assign roles for your users per project:
