It’s would be great to have some form of short info popup to describe when you should use Blocked vs Skipped - as a new tester who didn’t go through tutorials, etc - this is unclear.

You mean some customizable info text on all the possible results?
This would actually be even more useful once the custom result states are released where you could have several more states.
I will leave this here for now as a feature request for other Testiny users to vote on, I’m curious to see if other users also find this feature helpful.
