I’m not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but when I set the status to “Blocked” for a test on Friday due to [something], and then returned to work on Monday, I wasn’t able to change the status from “Blocked” to “Pass” or “Fail.” The test run was still open and active. Is this the expected behavior? Is there any way to edit it after 12 hours?

this is a setting in your organization and/or in your project.
By default, the setting “Allow editing test results” is set to “unlimited”. You/your administrator has probably changed this setting to a certain time period.
If you want to be able to change test results for an unlimited time, please change the setting back to “Unlimited” (or contact your admin to change it).

Where exactly is that setting?
If you’re an administrator, you can find the settings here:

Organization-wide: Settings → Organization → “Allow editing test results”

Per project: Settings → Projects → Select a project → Settings tab → “Allow editing test results” (Here you can override the organization-wide settings.)
