Hi, we started a new project and I cannot find a way to assign users to it. We have different projects and each one has specific people assigned to them for privacy reasons and when I check with my other users in the User management page they have their specific projects listed, but I don’t see a way to change the existing ones or assign a project to this new user. Was this feature moved to another section?

The user management is the right place for that, also see the documentation for it:
Additionally, once a user has project-specific permissions enabled, you can also assign a specific role to a user on a specific project in the Projects settings.
Assigning project-specific permissions/roles to users is part of the Enterprise plan, see here:
You probably used that feature during your trial to assign users to specific projects. The trial has all features of the Enterprise plan.
If your current plan does not support a feature, you should see a note telling you in which plan the feature is, for example:

Thank you for your reply but this solution really makes little sense. As this feature was available, we have people assigned to specific projects but now not only we can’t do the same for new projects, the ability to move the people that are already assigned appears to be broken since the functionality is on a different subscription tier that’s almost twice the cost.
Yes, the feature was available on request (opt-in) with a clear note that it will be in a higher billing tier. But yes, it was in this state (complimentary until further notice) for quite a while, so I totally understand that you got used to it being available 
As we announced in November 2025, these opt-in features where now finally assigned to the respective plans and set into effect mid-march 2026.
That said, our Sales team will contact you - I’m sure you’ll find a solution.
By the way, even without having access to this feature, assigning roles to users should not be broken, you can just not change roles on a project level any more, i.e. you can only assign a user a specific role for all projects. Existing project-specific permissions will remain intact until you change them.
