All users marked as enabled under Users management are counted for the subscription. You can disable and enable users as needed, your billing subscription is automatically adjusted. Seats stay active until the end of your current billing period.
Yes – however, there is a 3-user-limit on the Free Plan and you may need to deactivate users to stay within this limit. There are also limits on test cases/test runs as well as the storage quota.
All changes are collected and the next day you receive an invoice. For example:
1 user added → 1 invoice the next day
5 users added on the same day → 1 invoice on the next day
1 user added today, 2 users added two days later → 2 invoices (each on the next day)
