¿With CSV importing tool, it is possibly to import test from JIRA XRAY that has steps to Testiny?

Have you tried the steps mentioned in the Testiny docs?
Importing steps should be possible if they are in the CSV, but images/attachments will not work with CSV import.
If you have trouble importing, the Testiny import screen provides a button to send the CSV file to Testiny in order to ask for help.
