Quota

In Testiny we generally believe in a fair-use policy.
However, to avoid abuse of Testiny by e.g. uploading tons of gigabytes of attachments, which would exceed our storage capacity, quotas are applied on every account.

quota

This area shows the current quota and the upper limits of user seats, the overall attachments size and how many test cases/test runs/test executions you have created in your account.

The current quota limits can be found on our Pricing site.

FAQ

What happens when I’m running out of storage or test cases?

Your instance will not be stopped immediately; you can still use Testiny. However, you can not upload further files or create new test cases. Please contact us via [email protected] and we’ll find a solution together.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan. You can still access your data and upgrade to a paid plan at any time. Users over the 3-user limit will be disabled, and if you have reached a limit, you may need to delete test cases or runs to create new ones.
